APK Rewind respects copyright. If material on this site infringes your rights, tell us and we will act. This page explains exactly how, and what we can and cannot remove.
We do not host application files. Each app page shows factual catalogue data plus material sourced from public store listings — icons, screenshots and promotional images — and our own written summary. Download links resolve to third-party mirrors we do not operate.
That matters for your notice: we can remove a page, an icon, or a screenshot from this site. We cannot remove a file from a mirror we do not control. To take a file down, send your notice to the host serving it.
Email hello@apkrewind.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”, and include:
We aim to acknowledge within two business days and to act on a complete notice promptly. Where a notice is clear we usually remove or de-index the material first and correspond afterwards. Removed app pages are also excluded from our sitemap so they stop being re-crawled.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, write to hello@apkrewind.com with the URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury to that effect, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material.
If you are the developer and simply want your app out of the catalogue, you do not need a formal notice. Email hello@apkrewind.com from a domain or account associated with the app, name the package, and we will remove its pages and add it to our exclusion list so it is not picked up again.
We keep a record of notices and exclude packages that are the subject of repeated valid complaints from being re-added by our automated catalogue updates.
